LCMXO3LF-6900C-5BG256C
6,864-cell Lattice MachXO3LF non-volatile FPGA in caBGA-256 for instant-on sequencing, glue logic and interface bridging.
The LCMXO3LF-6900C-5BG256C is a Lattice MachXO3LF non-volatile FPGA with 6,864 logic cells in a 256-ball caBGA package. MachXO3 stores its configuration in on-chip flash, so the device is live within milliseconds of power-up and needs no external configuration memory, which simplifies the board and reduces the bill of materials. The LF variant supports 1.2 V and 3.3 V I/O and adds higher I/O counts and hardened functions for bridging between protocols, making it a strong choice for power-up sequencing, reset control, glue logic and interface expansion. Because the fabric is modest but flexible and the device is instant-on, MachXO3 fills the role that discrete glue logic once served, while remaining reprogrammable and easy to change late in a project. It is widely used in servers, communications equipment, industrial controllers and consumer devices for system control and monitoring. The caBGA-256 package provides a high I/O count for dense boards. Every device is factory-traceable and ships with import declaration, certificate of origin and RoHS documentation. Designers should plan the configuration and security options and confirm the I/O standards for their board. BeiLuo holds this part in regional stock and our FAE team supports selection, configuration and board bring-up.
FAE Professional Review
The LCMXO3LF-6900C-5BG256C is the MachXO3 density we use most for system control: instant-on, no external flash, plenty of I/O in a compact BGA. It is the modern replacement for a pile of glue logic. Plan the I/O standards and the configuration security and it is very reliable.

Frequently Asked Questions
What projects suit the LCMXO3LF-6900C-5BG256C?
It fits power-up sequencing, reset control, glue logic and interface bridging where you want instant-on operation and no external flash. The high I/O count suits dense boards and the reprogrammable fabric replaces fixed logic.
It is a common choice for servers and industrial controllers.
How does instant-on configuration work?
MachXO3 holds its configuration in on-chip flash, so it is operational within milliseconds of power-up without an external memory device. You program the flash through JTAG on the board, and the design is retained after power is removed.
